Rowan Atkinson, of course, you know as Mr. Atkinson. Bean and from the series Blackadder<\/em>, but did you know that he is also a well-known car collector? He even had a McLaren F1 in his garage for a while, until he sold it in 2015. Now the comedian is also selling his exclusive Lancia Delta Integrale EVO II.<\/p>\n

Lord Blue<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Atkinson’s Italian thoroughbred is being offered by well-known auction house Silverstone Auctions. The Delta Integrale EVO II, in the beautiful color “Lord Blue,” appears to be in excellent condition. This makes the exclusive EVO II even more exclusive. The legendary Delta Integrale EVO II is – as the name suggests – one of the second generation. That means it comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that produces 215 horsepower. Plenty in this compact 90’s hatchback.  <\/p>\n

Steer ‘on the right side’<\/strong> <\/h2>\n

The steering wheel is “on the right side” of the car, which is remarkable. Not because the car is for sale in the United Kingdom, but because the car was imported from Japan. They drive on the left there, too.<\/p>\n

Low mileage<\/strong> <\/h2>\n

The actor did not buy the car until 2021. The car<\/a> had by then spent ten years in Britain. When he bought it, the odometer stood at 87,000 kilometers. Mr. Bean himself has spent only 3,000 kilometers behind the wheel in the past two years. Could it have been an impulse buy? <\/p>\n

Rowan Atkinson car collection<\/strong> <\/h2>\n

The compact tearaway is certainly not Rowan Atkinson’s only special car. In 2015, he sold his McLaren F1, which he wrecked twice himself. The particular hypercar is so rare that it was worth refurbishing each time. Despite a history full of mishaps, the F1 went under the hammer for about 10 million euros. Other nice cars in Atkinson’s garage include a 1986 Aston Martin V8 Zagato (\u20ac670,000), 939 BMW 328 Roadster (\u20ac621,000) and a 2011 Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead (\u20ac500,000).<\/p>\n

‘Cheap’<\/strong> <\/h2>\n

This Lancia Delta with rally genes is one of the actor’s “cheapest” cars. The car will go under the hammer Feb. 25, during the Race Retro Show in England.
