Vespa is launching a special series of its retro model 946. This year’s 10th Anniversario comes with the image of a rabbit: the symbol of 2023 according to the Chinese horoscope. 1,000 copies will be made.<\/p>\n

Extraordinary Vespa motor scooter<\/h2>\n

Over the next 12 years, the Italian brand will launch a new edition of the 946 each time in a special color and with the image of an animal from the Chinese lunar horoscope. The single-cylinder 125cc engine produces about 8 kW of power, which should be good for a top speed of 90 mph.<\/p>\n

Classic Vespa green<\/h2>\n

This special Anniversario edition comes in classic Vespa green. The silhouette of a rabbit is incorporated into the leg shields and on the back. All details of this Vespa 946 are of refined polish. The saddle is black with stitching, as are the hand-stitched, needle and thread covered handles.<\/p>\n

Price?<\/h2>\n

The price is not yet known. Vespa will announce those later. However, the page for this special model can already be viewed at www.vespa.com\/nl.<\/a> Judging from the price of earlier versions of the 946, you can assume an amount that will be above 10,000 euros. In that sense, it really is a Vespa motor scooter for enthusiasts.<\/p>\n
