The company was founded in 1987 in Aachen. The German police force has a long-standing partnership with the tuning company. This year, the tuner gives the BMW i4 M50 a lot of upgrades and the Deutsche Polizei livery. This makes the BMW ready to catch crooks.<\/p>\n<h2>Upgrades<\/h2>\n<p>The car features a lot of visual tuning, such as a lowering package. This makes it sink about 20 millimeters at the front and 25 millimeters at the back. Furthermore, spoilers and splitters have been added to the i4, making it just a bit more aerodynamic. A rear spoiler reminiscent of the one on the BMW M2 CS has also been added. The pedals have been replaced with aluminum ones. The party is completed by the flashing lights mounted on the roof.<\/p>\n<h2>Safe tuning<\/h2>\n<p>The BMW i4 by AC Schnitzer is part of a campaign calling attention to the safe (and legal) tuning of cars. The project is called &#8220;Tune it! Safe!&#8221;, and the vehicles prepared for this campaign should set an example for car enthusiasts.
