State-of-the-art sculpture house with dream garage<\/h2>\n

Joe and Claire star in the first episode of The Great Rebuilding UK<\/em> season 19. The pair aim to build a house in South Devon in the form of a sculpture inspired by Devon’s landscape. The house consists of 34 huge sloping shards (panels) protruding in all directions. Believe us: even that house is definitely worth it, let alone the accompanying garage.<\/p>\n

Fantastic car collection, including F40 and two LFAs<\/h2>\n

Yet it is Joe’s car collection in particular that caught our attention. Indeed, in the garage we detect a bright yellow Lexus LFA<\/a>, a white Lexus LFA, an Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, Ferrari F40, Aston Martin Vanquish and many more. We’re not going to give everything away, of course, but there’s no question that Joe has taste. <\/p>\n

Not everything works out<\/h2>\n

During the complete building process of his special family home, not everything is going smoothly. There is setback after setback. But money, fortunately, does not seem to be a problem. “I fortunately didn’t have to sell a single car,” says 33-year-old Joe at the end of the episode. Joe amassed his fortune in the financial sector and evidently has the car heart in the right place. About the Ferrari F40, he says, “I am in one of the most exquisite man-made objects. I have an obsession with cars.”<\/p>\n
