Lamborghini Hurac\u00e1n STO<\/h2>\n

Yes indeed, Charles owns a Lamborghini. A supercar from Ferrari’s arch-rival! And not just any one. In 2021, he treated himself to a Hurac\u00e1n STO, the tastiest and sharpest Hurac\u00e1n around. It is not very surprising that he chose this car, since it is basically a race car for public roads. In fact, the car shares much of its technology with the track version of the Hurac\u00e1n: the SuperTrofeo. The STO variant of the Hurac\u00e1n<\/a> is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 and carries 640 horsepower to the rear wheels. In addition to being 43 kilograms lighter than the Performante variant of the Hurac\u00e1n, the STO has better brakes and a stiffer suspension. The huge carbon fiber spoiler and a number of splitters allow it to produce 420 kilograms of downforce at 280 km\/h.<\/p>\n

Ferrari 488 Pista Spider<\/h2>\n

Of course, there is also a Ferrari at Charles’ doorstep. As daily transportation in and around Monaco – his birth and hometown – Charles Leclerc uses his Ferrari 488 Pista Spider. This Pista variant<\/a> of the “regular” 488 spider sprints to 100 km\/h in 2.85 seconds and has a top speed of a whopping 340 km\/h. Handsome if you can manage that in Monaco, maybe if the tunnel is quiet. The term “spider” in 488 Pista Spider means that it is a convertible. As a result, it weighs 100 kg more than the normal 488 Pista. Leclerc’s Ferrari has some unusual details. For example, it bears his race number 16 and his signature in the piece of alcantara between the two seats. Like the dense variant, the 488 Pista Spider features a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 with 720 horsepower. Pretty nice, such a daily driver! In addition, Charles also owns a Ferrari F8 and GTC4.<\/p>\n

Husqvarna Vitpilen 701<\/h2>\n

Charles Leclerc is a true speed demon. Not only does he love fast cars, but he also loves fast motorcycles. In fact, he is regularly spotted riding a Husqvarna Vitpilen 701. Charles had the engine given a major overhaul by the “Bad Winners” company. The bike received different wheels and an “SC Project” exhaust was added, making it a total of 37 kilograms lighter than a regular version. For just that extra bit of noise, the original catalytic converter was also replaced. This allows the engine to breathe better and delivers an additional 10 hp. This brings the output of the 700 cc engine to 85 hp. Sufficiently so, considering that the toy weighs only 120 kilograms.<\/p>\n

McLaren and Rolls-Royce<\/h2>\n

Besides his Lamborghini, the Monegasque has other cars that do not sport a yellow Ferrari logo. For example, he is the proud owner of a Land Rover Discovery (175,000 euros), a McLaren GT (210,000 euros), a Jaguar XF (125,000 euros) and a Rolls-Royce Wraith (1 million euros). But then we are not there yet. He also has a Mercedes-AMG G63 in his garage and a Maserati Gran Turismo. We can only think of one thing right now: choice stress!<\/p>\n

Bugatti Chiron<\/h2>\n

However, the most expensive car in Leclerc’s scrumptious car collection is a \u20ac3 million Bugatti Chiron. It is the fastest and most powerful bolide Charles owns. As in the Veyron, propulsion in the Chiron is provided by a mighty W16 engine with a displacement of 7,993 cc and four turbos. The powerplant delivers 1,500 hp of power and 1,600 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. Thanks in part to all-wheel drive, the Bugatti Chiron shoots from 0-100 km\/h in 2.5 seconds. The 0-200 km\/h sprint takes just 6.5 seconds and the top speed is capped (!) at 420 km\/h.<\/p>\n
