The image that the Department of Public Works hurled on Twitter this morning creates at least as many question marks. Once again, the scene takes place on the A12. In the image – which appears to be a screenshot from a traffic camera – we see a freshly dressed man standing on the hard shoulder along the A12 near Harmelen. According to a Twitter user, the man was ejected from an Eastern European coach.
