Wait a minute … so Porsche now makes this too?

October 15, 2025

From circuit to kitchen

You might not immediately say it, but the world of sports cars and kitchen appliances turns out to go surprisingly well together. The collaboration between Porsche and SMEG celebrates Porsche’s very first overall victory at Le Mans in 1970, when the Porsche 917 KH in Salzburg red crossed the finish line first.

Refrigerator

At the center of the collection is the refrigerator in the color 917 Salzburg Red. The white striping and #23 starting number alone make it look like it could sprint out of the kitchen at any moment. There are only 1,970 examples, so those who like to keep their beers cool with some racing history surrounding them should be quick. It has a matte black handle and even the inside is finished in style with dark accents.

Coffee with spirit

Those who prefer smell to sound must have the coffee machine in the same Salzburg red color. It comes complete with Porsche lettering, number 23 and matte black details. It grinds beans and makes espressos and cappuccinos at lightning speed. Since SMEG is an Italian manufacturer, the cups of coffee will taste great.

For the rest of the pit team

The collection wouldn’t be complete without some extras for the kitchen crew. A Porsche toaster, kettle and blender are available in Carrara White or Shade Green Metallic, with subtle Porsche details. Even the control buttons are numbered.

Where to buy

The Porsche x SMEG collection will be available from October 15 at selected Porsche Centers, SMEG flagship stores, official online platforms and some designer stores. What the kitchen appliances cost is not yet known, but count on Porsche prices.
