VIDEO: 1,100 hp Lamborghini Huracan VS KTM MotoGP engine
Drag Race
Britain’s CarWow and their always upbeat presenter Mat Watson have come up with another fun drag race. This time they managed to snare a 1,100-hp Lamborghini Huracan to take on a KTM MotoGP motorcycle. On the bike is former MotoGP rider Dani Pedrosa, widely considered one of the best motorcycle riders who has never won a MotoGP championship. He finished second in the title race three times and third three more times.
Lamborghini with 1,100 hp
The Lamborghini Huracan’s 5.2-liter V10 has been given a major overhaul and is good for 1,100 hp. The whole car weighs only 1,507 kilograms. The KTM MotoGP engine is the RC16 engine, which Red Bull rode during the 2020 MotoGP season. The engine has “only” 270 horsepower, but weighs only 150 pounds. Dani Pedrosa himself weighs only 50 kilos, bringing the total to 200 kilos. In the video below you can see who is faster during a drag race. Do the horsepower win out over the lightweight engine?
