Two battery variants Hyundai Inster
The electric Hyundai Inster stands out with its modern daytime running lights and pixel-graphic turn signals and taillights.
Depending on the trim chosen, these are LED or halogen lights.
Customers can further personalize the car with LED projector headlights and one of nine available exterior colors.
As standard, the Hyundai Inster is equipped with a 42 kWh battery pack, but a 49 kWh (Long-Range) battery pack can also be chosen.
Both versions are powered by a single electric motor that delivers 71.1 kW (97 hp) in the version with 42 kWh battery pack and 84.5 kW (115 hp) in the version with 49 kWh battery pack.
Torque is the same for both versions: 147 Nm.
Hyundai Inster charging
Charging from 10 to 80 percent at a DC fast charging station takes about 30 minutes.
The Inster also has an 11 kW 3-phase on-board charger as standard.
Its range (according to WLTP) is up to 305 km on a single charge for the version with 42 kWh battery pack.
In the Inster with 49 kWh battery pack, the driving range is up to 355 km (WLTP).
Three versions
The Inster is available with a choice of three versions: E-Motion, Pulse and Evolve (Sky).
The E-Motion is available with either the 42 kWh or the 49 kWh battery package; the Pulse and Evolve (Sky) are available only with the 49 kWh battery package.
Standard version E-Motion
The standard E-Motion version is already very richly equipped, including a 10.25-inch multimedia screen with navigation, an In-Cabin Driver Camera, fully automatic air conditioning, cruise control with Stop & Go function and several highly advanced driving assistance and safety systems. Other features, infotainment and safety systems are:

Hyundai Inster Pulse
The Pulse version goes a big step further.
It adds the following features, among others: 15-inch alloy wheels, wireless smartphone charging, a split-sliding rear seat (50:50), power windows with safety function, a multifunction panel on driver and passenger seats and rear privacy glass.
Optional on the Pulse is the Winter Pack, with battery heating and pre-conditioning, a heat pump, heatable front seats and a heatable steering wheel.
Hyundai Inster Evolve
The most luxurious version of the Inster is the Evolve.
Like the Pulse, this top-of-the-line version is available only in combination with the 49 kWh battery package and offers everything the customer could wish for.
The Inster Evolve features include 17-inch alloy wheels with 205/45 R17 tires, a steering wheel with interactive Pixel LED lighting, an 11 kW on-board charger with Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and roof racks.
Optional on the Evolve, in addition to the Winter Pack, is the Tech Pack, which includes Blind-spot Collision-avoidance Assist (BCA), Blind-spot View Monitor (BVM), Digital Key (NFC Only), Parking Collision-avoidance Assist (PCA), Surround View Monitor (SVM) with 360-degree camera and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L).
Hyundai Inster Evolve Sky
The Inster is also available as Evolve Sky, with a sliding/tilting roof as an extra.
Market launch
The Hyundai Inster is expected in the Netherlands by the end of this year.
