No replica!
When an F1 car is offered at auction you often see that it is not a real car, but a replica or spare car. Or they are also offered without an engine in it. Anyway, none of that is the case with this lot, because everything is on it and it is a real F1 car. Exactly as Michael Schumacher put him away after winning the championship in 2003. At least, pretty much, because the car was overhauled by Ferrari itself just this year.

Lovely those oldschool lines, aren’t they? No opening wings or closed wheels. No, just a howling V10 to provide the power to win. A 3.0-liter V10 with nearly 850 horsepower capable of a staggering 19,000 rpm. Madness!

In this car, Schumi managed five victories in 2003. He also picked up three poles with it and a podium finish in Monaco. With those results, Schumacher crowned himself world champion for the sixth time in his career and secured the fifth consecutive constructors’ title for Ferrari.
The price…
Well, for all that beauty from Ferrari’s rich history, you have to dig deep into your pockets. Because the fact that Schumi himself sat in the seat as well as the fact that the legendary V10 is still in it obviously does something to the height of the price. Bidding can start – hold on – from 8,000,000 euros.
