The KLX140R L is suitable for somewhat taller riders. With a 19-inch front wheel and 16-inch rear wheel, the seat height increases to 800 mm. The L has a shock absorber with adjustable spring preload and rebound damping, as does the F version, by the way.

The powertrain
The three KLX140R models share the same four-stroke SOHC air-cooled single-cylinder with 11 hp and 12 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The block is mated to an electric starter and close ratio five-speed manual clutch transmission.
The lack of radiators gives the KLX140R a slim profile that allows riders to quickly find a good riding position. Also present are hydraulic disc brakes front and rear.
Can be lifted with two hands
Roadworthy, the KLX140R weighs just 95 kilograms. You could almost lift it with two hands.
