That’s how many cars Alpine sold in 2022
Alpine
In 2017, Renault relaunched the Alpine brand. That year, the French automaker launched a modern reincarnation of the Alpine A110, the… Alpine A110. The car rolls off the assembly line in the French coastal town of Dieppe at the Manufacture Alpine Dieppe Jean Rédélé plant. There 400 men work there, much of whom build the A110 models by hand.
Busy times
Over 14,000 new Alpine A110s are now on the road. The men and women at the factory have a busy period ahead of them, as the A110 range is catching on: order books for first months of 2023 are completely filled.
2022
By 2022, things were running smoothly for Alpine. The brand had another record year. The number of registrations increased 33% last year from a year earlier. A total of 3,546 were given owners. Most stayed within the country’s borders: 2,138 French people bought an Alpine. 303 units went to Germany and 26 Dutch people bought an A110.
140 locations
In 2022, 40 new outlets were opened, bringing the total to 140 locations worldwide. By 2022, six outlets were opened in France, eight in Germany, six in Spain and four in Japan, England and Italy. In 2023, more new marks will be added. Among other things, the brand sets foot in Morocco. The image below shows sales results by country:
In 2023, Alpine will launch an extra sharp version of the A110: the A110 R. AutoRAI.nl recently took a look at the Alpine Engineering Centre in Les Ulis, where the A110 R was born:
