Substantial updates for Citroën C4 and C4 X
Fresh design Citroën C4 and C4 X
The front end of the C4 and C4 X has been redesigned and displays Citroën’s new logo. The brand has simplified and streamlined the design of both models. In addition to the front, the side panels have also been revamped. The rear of the C4 has also been redesigned. New color options, including Manhattan Green and Mercury Grey, add additional sophistication to the exterior of the Citroën C4 and C4 X.
Interior
The interior of the Citroën C4 and C4 X offers greater comfort thanks to updated Citroën Advanced Comfort seats. Also new are a 7-inch digital instrument panel and a 10-inch touchscreen. Of course, the models also have standard Citroën Advanced Comfort suspension.
Powertrains
Citroën is betting on affordable electrification. The new C4 and C4 X are available not only with 100% electric drive, but also as new Hybrid 100 and Hybrid 136 variants. These Hybrid versions offer fuel savings of up to 20%, on paper, of course.
With V2L (Vehicle-to-Load), the all-electric variants, the ë-C4 and the ë-C4 X, are also a mobile energy source, as via an optional connection (available as an accessory), electrical devices outside the car can also be powered with energy from the car’s battery.
Driver assistance systems
There are up to 20 driving assistance systems (ADAS), including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning and optional Highway Driver Assist. The C4 and C4 X also support wireless smartphone integration via Apple Carplay and Android Auto and voice-activated assistance via “Hello Citroën.
