Renewed Kia EV6 comes farther but is cheaper

September 20, 2024

What’s new?

The updated Kia EV6 has been given an even sleeker look.
With eye-catching Star Map lighting, which gives it a family look with other Kia EV models such as the EV9 and EV3, it looks futuristic and sporty.
There are newly designed alloy wheels and the GT-Line variant gets new tough bumpers and eye-catching illuminated details.

Faster charging and greater range

The EV6 has also been improved in terms of performance.
The updated version again comes to the market with a choice of two battery packs: 63 kWh and 84 kWh.
These are larger batteries than before (58 kWh and 77 kWh), so the range is now up to 582 kilometers.
With the small battery the towing weight is at 750 kilos, while with the large battery you can tow up to 1,800 kilos.
The longe range battery can also charge faster: in 18 minutes from 10 to 80% and in 15 minutes you get a range of about 343 km.

Prices

Remarkably, prices have dropped.
Where previously you had to pay a minimum of 45,995 euros, you now get into an EV6 from 44,995 euros.
For this amount you get the EV6 Light Edition with the smaller battery pack.
