No, this is not a joke. This Jaguar E-Type “Range Rover Edition” really exists. On Ebay, someone is offering it for just under 20,000 pounds, which translates to about 23,000 euros. For that investment, you get a unique E-Type built on the frame of a Range Rover. By the way, this is not an original Jaguar E-Type. You are, in fact, looking at a JPR Wildcat E-Type, a replica with styling of the MK1.
1984 Land Rover Range Rover
The ladder chassis is from a 1984 Land Rover Range Rover. Its 3.5-liter Rover V8 engine was also used in this car, as well as the five-speed manual transmission and the 4×4 system. The Range Rover in question had driven over 200,000 kilometers before the conversion.
