So the countdown begins for the new Hyundai Ioniq 6 N. The first teaser of the car has already been released. Hyundai is also publishing the first information about the sporty newcomer.

Fully redesigned suspension geometry: the Ioniq 6 N exploits its low ride height with specially developed suspension geometry. Compared to the Ioniq 5 N, the dynamic characteristics are further improved thanks to a lower roll center and a larger caster trail, providing more feel around the center position, better steering feedback and stronger self-centering effect. The new electronically controlled stroke sensing (ECS) dampers combine comfort and precise handling for added confidence behind the wheel.

N e-shift / N Active Sound+: building on the success of the Ioniq 5 N, the Ioniq 6 N takes the driving experience to the next level with advanced N e-shift technology. This is now available in every driving mode and offers short, motorsport-like gear ratios. Also new is the N Ambient Shift Light, which uses light signals to indicate exactly when the perfect shift moment has been reached.

Enhanced N Drift Optimizer: drivers can now fine-tune the drift function even more precisely, with more options to adjust settings to suit their own drifting skills. This enhancement shows that the Ioniq 6 N is fully focused on an interactive and immersive driving experience, supported by advanced electronics.

Video teaser and debut at Goodwood

Hyundai has already released the first video via the Hyundai N Worldwide YouTube channel. The video provides an impressive, cinematic preview of the car’s dynamic silhouette in action on the track.

Recently released teaser photos show the profile of a high-performance sedan designed for optimal stability at high speeds thanks to extensive aerodynamic development. Expanded wheel arches, increased track width, lightweight wheels and a motorsport-inspired gooseneck rear spoiler all emphasize the Ioniq 6 N’s strong emphasis on aerodynamic efficiency and dynamic capabilities.

Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025

The Ioniq 6 N will make its public debut at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, where the Hyundai N label will showcase a range of performance cars in its own branded pavilion. The N Booth will offer interactive activities for visitors, such as racing simulators and photo booths. Visitors who complete all activities in the N Booth will receive exclusive access to the N Grandstand, from where they will have a unique view of the iconic hill climb.

Redefining the high-performance EV segment

“The Ioniq 6 N is designed to provide the most involved driving experience ever in an EV,” said Joon Park, Vice President and Head of N Management Group. “Hyundai N will shake up the EV segment once again. Not with impressive numbers, but by showing how much fun an electric car can be.”
