EV Experience 2025: Cupra Raval targets starting price of 25,000 euros
Cupra Raval: a real first
After its world premiere at the IAA Mobility in Munich, Cupra’s compact electric car can now be seen in the Netherlands for the first time. For this occasion, the car is still hidden under a camouflage wrap with a map of Barcelona’s Raval district. Thus, visitors to the EV Experience already have a unique opportunity to get a clear impression of the final looks of the compact but spacious electric Cupra.
Target price
The Cupra Raval – to be launched in the Netherlands next year – will have a target price of 25,000 euros. The Cupra Raval’s official world premiere and production launch are scheduled for 2026. The Raval is the first of four models from the Volkswagen Group’s Electric Urban Car family to hit the market.

The first figures, also as Cupra Raval VZ
At four meters long, the Cupra Raval is a true B-segment hatchback. But Cupra does promise the interior space of the larger Cupra Leon. All versions of the Raval get a sports suspension lowered by 15 mm, dedicated suspension, progressive steering and ESC Sport. The ultimate sporty top model, the Cupra Raval VZ (166 kW (226 hp)), goes one step further. Equipped with CupBucket seats, DCC Sport suspension, ESC OFF mode, 19-inch wheels with wider 235 mm tires and a VAQ electronic limited slip differential, this is a sporty car for good reason. Secretly, with this VZ appearance, Cupra also gives away the specs of the new ID. Polo GTI.
Cupra booth during EV Experience
From October 2 to 4, the Raval will be on display (static) at Cupra’s booth during the EV Experience. There, the Cupra’s Tavascan VZ Extreme, Terramar VZ Performance and Born VZ will also make their appearance. In addition, visitors can experience Cupra’s sporty DNA for themselves during sporty test drives on the track with these Cupra models plus the Formentor VZ Performance under the guidance of experienced instructors.
