DS 3 and DS 7 in a new look: Pallas and Étoile are haute couture on wheels
Pallas makes a comeback
Pallas, a variant from the glory days of the original DS in the 1960s, is back.
Back then, Pallas was the epitome of luxury, and now DS wants to bring that back to the market.
Think extra comfortable fabrics, optional leather and an interior that feels like a cozy French saloon on wheels.
Étoile: the star of the show
Then there is the Étoile, the star of the range.
This version is named after the famous Parisian Place de l’Étoile, known for the Arc de Triomphe and all those streets that fan out like a star.
With the Étoile, expect an interior finished in premium materials like Alcantara and Nappa leather and extra gadgets that will make your ride even more comfortable.
What makes Pallas and Étoile special?
The DS 3 and DS 7 come in both versions, each with its own style.
With the DS 3 Pallas, you get 17-inch alloy wheels as standard, and the Étoile rolls on 18-inch wheels.
Inside, the cars are dressed up with stylish details and options such as heated seats.
For the DS 7 Pallas, you can enjoy gadgets like a power tailgate and a high-end sound system.
The DS 7 Étoile goes a step further with things like massage functions for the seats and a tech package.
Unique badge
The new Pallas and Étoile versions each have their own badge.
In the Pallas version, the badge combines the door of a Parisian palace with the historical axis of Paris – from the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in Place du Carrousel, through the obelisk in Place de la Concorde, the Arc de Triomphe in Place Charles de Gaulle and the Grand’ Arche de la Défense.
The badge of the Étoile edition displays a wide beam of light, illuminating the twelve avenues that converge at Place Charles-de-Gaulle, called Place de l’Étoile until 1970.
DS 7 Performance
Those looking for some extra power should opt for the DS 7 Plug-In Hybrid AWD 360 in the special Performance trim.
You will recognize this powerful version by its unique badges, black accents and chunky 21-inch wheels.
The interior stays true to the luxury you would expect from DS, with plenty of leather and high-tech options.
