Comprehensive update for Skoda Enyaq (2025)

January 8, 2025

Renewed Skoda Enyaq

What stands out about the updated Skoda Enyaq? At least the high-gloss black Tech-Deck Face, an eye-catching Light Band and subtle Skoda lettering on the hood. The design is refined with accents in Dark Chrome. There is also a new color, namely Olibo Green. The Enyaq’s luggage capacity comes out to 585 to 1,710 liters. For the Enyaq Coupe, it is 570 to 1,610 liters.

Rich equipment

The entry-level Skoda Enyaq Selection has been given richer basic equipment. For example, it comes standard with Side Assist, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel and towbar preparation. In addition, Drive Mode Select, the Keyless Entry system KESSY, an alarm system, 3-zone Climatronic and Adaptive Cruise Control have also been added to the standard equipment.

The standard equipment can be supplemented by a number of packages and individual options, such as the panoramic sunroof, a towbar, a heat pump and the Winter Package with a heated windshield, and a heating function for the two outer rear seats.

The interior of the Skoda Enyaq has also been refreshed a bit. The car comes standard with a 5-inch Digital Cockpit and a central 13-inch infotainment display. A head-up display with augmented reality is optionally available as part of the Business Upgrade – Advanced package. The redesigned steering wheel is now standard heated and features Skoda lettering.

Design Selections

Customers can choose from three versions when configuring: Selection, Business Edition and Sportline. There are also six different Design Selections to choose from for the interior. For example, the Lodge Design Selection has a fresh, colorful look, with contrasting stitching and seat belts in orange. The seat upholstery is made of TechnoFil, which is 75% Econyl yarn, which is obtained from sources such as old fishing nets, fabric scraps from factories and carpets. The remaining 25% is polyester.

The dark gray upholstery of the new Lounge Design Selection consists of a combination of faux leather and Suedia microfiber with light green contrasting stitching. In the elegant Suite Design Selection , the seat covers consist of a mix of black leather and faux leather with brown stitching.

In the Eco Suite Design Selection the cognac-colored leather is tanned using an environmentally friendly process that uses olive leaf extracts. This allows efficient use of leaf material that is considered waste material in other processing industries.

The Suite and Eco Suite Design Selection come standard with ventilated front seats. The optional Maxx package offers power-adjustable front seats with memory functions, massage functions and power lumbar support.

Parking in a jiffy

The optional Intelligent Park Assist introduces two new features. Remote Park Assist allows the Enyaq to automatically enter parallel and perpendicular parking spaces while the driver controls the system via the MySkoda app. In doing so, the system uses Bluetooth. After selecting the type of maneuver, the Enyaq steers, brakes and parks completely autonomously. Trained Parking enables the car to “learn” approaches of up to 50 meters to five specific parking locations. Once a saved spot is recognized, the Enyaq can automatically drive itself there using Remote Trained Parking – this is also done through the MySkoda app.

Increased range for Skoda Enyaq

The Skoda Enyaq is available with two battery packs and two powertrain options, with outputs ranging from 150 kW (204 hp) to 210 kW (286 hp). With a range of up to 579 kilometers (WLTP) for the SUV and 589 kilometers for the Coupe.

The Enyaq features a maximum DC charging rate of 135 kW. This makes it possible to charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 28 minutes. The Enyaq 60’s lithium-ion battery consists of nine modules with 24 battery cells each, giving a total gross capacity of 63 kWh. It is combined with a 150 kW (204 hp) permanent magnet synchronous electric motor on the rear axle, which delivers maximum torque of 310 Nm to the rear wheels.

The Enyaq 85 variant also has an electric motor and rear-wheel drive, but comes with a larger lithium-ion battery consisting of 12 modules, with a total gross capacity of 82 kWh. The engine produces an output of 210 kW (286 hp) and maximum torque of 545 Nm.

Skoda Enyaq charging

All variants of the new Skoda Enyaq support high charging speeds: up to 165 kW for the Enyaq 60 and up to 135 kW for the Enyaq 85. This means that the larger battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in 28 minutes at DC fast charging stations. The Enyaq 60 can charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 24 minutes. All models can charge up to 11 kW at AC charging stations.

New connected features

The enhanced MySkoda app introduces several improvements to make the Enyaq even more convenient, including new features such as Predictive Maintenance. The Enyaq’s Skoda Connect services now also include Lock & Unlock, which allows users to remotely secure or unlock their car via the app. Predictive Maintenance uses driving data and the Vehicle Health Report to identify potential problems even before they occur. The Track & Explore tab allows users to track the production status of a newly ordered car.

Market launch in 2025

The new Škoda Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe will be available at all Skoda dealers from January 9, with a starting price of 42,990 euros (44,990 euros for the Enyaq Coupe). From the end of the first quarter, both models will also be on display in showrooms.
