Followers of Rick van Stippent are probably already familiar with the house and its garage, as Rick regularly gives tours of his own little home, with the car enthusiast’s heart beating fastest at what Rick has in the garage. Since the house is now going on sale, the garage is mostly empty, though. Only a few cars remain, including a Ford Mondeo, Audi RS6 Avant, Ford Mustang and Flodder’s well-known pink convertible. Of course, that Rick is a fan of Flodder can already be seen in the front yard, given the “Welcome to Zonnedael” sign Rick had specially made.

The asking price

The house itself – located at 17 Industrieweg – was built in 2005 and has a living area of 325 square meters on a plot of 1,899 square meters. The house further has 10 rooms, including 4 bedrooms. Asking price: 1,475,000 euros. That amounts to 4,538 euros per square meter. By the way, the house initially had an asking price of 1,595,000 euros, so it has now dropped slightly in price.
