BMW Concept Touring Coupe may go into production as far as we are concerned

BMW Concept Touring Coupe

The BMW Concept Touring Coupe is what you would call a one-off. It is a two-seater and, according to the manufacturer, a timeless symbol of freedom on four wheels and the joy of traveling together.

The six-in-line shooting brake concept has an interior with leather trim sourced from Italian manufacturer Poltrona Frau. The compartment behind the seats provides ample space to store luggage. Even the luggage itself was exclusively custom-made at the Schedoni leather workshop in Modena.

Driving

“The BMW Concept Touring Coupe celebrates the original pure driving pleasure,” said Domagoj Dukec, head of BMW Design. “A highly emotional car like this shows that the passion for all things driving has been essential throughout the ages and will continue to be so in the future. Its proportions and name are reminiscent of the BMW 328 Touring Coupe that won the Mille Miglia endurance race in 1940.”
