TotalEnergies contributes with its expertise in operating and managing gas stations and distributing energy to BtoB customers. Air Liquide contributes with its technological expertise and control of the entire hydrogen chain. The joint venture will also purchase hydrogen on the market and distribute it to its customers in the transportation sector.

Establishment of joint venture

The two partners expect to complete the establishment of the joint venture in 2023, subject to the timely completion of the necessary contractual documents and receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.
