Das Werk ist seit 1997 in Betrieb und stellt derzeit Modelle wie den Hyundai i10 und i20 her. Mit der Aufnahme von Elektroautos will Hyundai nicht nur die Produktion steigern, sondern auch der t\u00fcrkischen Wirtschaft einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Schub geben.  <\/p>\n<h2>Lokale St\u00e4rke und europ\u00e4ische Ambitionen<\/h2>\n<p>Die T\u00fcrkei ist ein wichtiges Bindeglied in der globalen Produktion von Hyundai. Mit mehr als drei Millionen produzierten Fahrzeugen in 28 Jahren ist sie der am l\u00e4ngsten bestehende Produktionsstandort der Marke au\u00dferhalb S\u00fcdkoreas. Dar\u00fcber hinaus arbeitet Hyundai eng mit lokalen Zulieferern zusammen: \u00fcber 55 Prozent der Teile kommen aus der T\u00fcrkei. Der Bau von Elektroautos in Izmit unterstreicht diese starke regionale Zusammenarbeit.   <\/p>\n<h2>Nachhaltige Mobilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Europa<\/h2>\n<p>Neben Verbrennungsmotoren wird Hyundai Motor T\u00fcrkiye verst\u00e4rkt auf Elektromobilit\u00e4t setzen. Dieser Schritt steht im Einklang mit der umfassenderen Strategie von Hyundai, bis 2035 in Europa ausschlie\u00dflich emissionsfreie Fahrzeuge anzubieten.
