Nochmals: Warum ein neuer BMW 3.0 CSL? Ganz einfach, BMW wollte sich zum 50-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4um von BMW M etwas Besonderes einfallen lassen. Auf Basis des BMW M4 CSL bringt die Marke deshalb ein Jubil\u00e4umsmodell auf den Markt. BMW M4 CSL bildet Basis f\u00fcr BMW 3.0 CSL<\/h2>\n

Die Karosserie des BMW 3.0 CSL basiert zwar auf der Serienkarosserie des BMW M4 CSL, wird aber in einer speziellen Halle des Karosseriebaus in Dingolfing modifiziert – dort, wo auch die Karosserie des BMW M4 GT4 gefertigt wird. So werden beispielsweise die markanten Radk\u00e4sten durch spezielle Schwei\u00dfverfahren verbreitert.<\/p>\n

Spezifische F\u00e4rbung<\/h2>\n

Anschlie\u00dfend durchl\u00e4uft die Karosserie den regul\u00e4ren Standardproduktionsprozess in der Lackiererei. An speziellen Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen bringen die Lackierspezialisten aus Dingolfing dann mit Hilfe von Schablonen manuell Sonderlackierungen auf, wie zum Beispiel die 3.0 CSL-spezifische Lackierung mit den drei M-Farbstreifen auf dem Fahrzeug. Gleichzeitig montiert das Team die Einzelteile, wie die vorderen Seitenteile und Sto\u00dff\u00e4nger, die Motorhaube und das Kohlefaserdach.<\/p>\n

Montiert in Moosthenning<\/h2>\n

Die Montage des BMW 3.0 CSL erfolgt in einer eigens daf\u00fcr eingerichteten Werkstatt in Moosthenning, einem vom BMW Group Werk Dingolfing gef\u00fchrten Offsite-Standort in der N\u00e4he des Dingolfinger Stammwerkes. Hier wird das Fahrzeug Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt von einem Team aus 30 erfahrenen Experten zusammengebaut. Die speziellen Interieur-Elemente werden in Werkst\u00e4tten in Garching und Dingolfing individuell gefertigt.<\/p>\n

Zweiw\u00f6chige Bauzeit<\/h2>\n

Alles in allem dauert die Montage eines Fahrzeugs fast zwei Wochen. Es gibt insgesamt acht gro\u00dfe Montagezyklen, die jeweils einen Arbeitstag dauern. Im Vorfeld werden verschiedene Anbauteile, wie CFK-Seitenteile oder die CFK-Haube, angebracht. Am Ende des Prozesses werden das markante Heck und andere Au\u00dfenteile in einer separaten Station montiert.<\/p>\n

Lieferung an den Kunden<\/h2>\n

Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten in Moosthenning geht das Fahrzeug zur\u00fcck in das „gro\u00dfe“ Fahrzeugwerk in Dingolfing, wo es zun\u00e4chst umfangreiche standardisierte Tests durchl\u00e4uft, zum Beispiel auf dem Rollenpr\u00fcfstand oder den Bremsenpr\u00fcfst\u00e4nden. Jeder BMW 3.0 CSL durchl\u00e4uft anschlie\u00dfend eine zus\u00e4tzliche Endkontrolle mit einem vorgeschriebenen Fahrprogramm auf der werkseigenen Teststrecke. Schlie\u00dflich wird das Fahrzeug f\u00fcr den Kunden vorbereitet und z.B. in die BMW Welt in M\u00fcnchen zur pers\u00f6nlichen \u00dcbergabe oder Auslieferung gebracht.<\/p>\n
